Incident & Crisis Response: Manage emergency planning, evacuation procedures, and incident investigation/reporting for major tours and festivals.

Venue & Vendor Coordination: Partner with venues, vendors, and internal teams to ensure contracts, policies, and service standards are upheld.

  • Leadership & Vision: Ability to influence and inspire others, bringing clarity and direction in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
  • Collaborative Approach: Openness to new ideas and a knack for working with multiple stakeholders to innovate and improve processes.
  • Flexibility & Commitment: Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends in line with touring demands.

The Benefits:

  • A vibrant, music-focused workplace fostering creativity and collaboration.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
  • Access to concerts, events, and other entertainment perks.
  • A diverse, equitable workplace where every voice matters.
  • Comprehensive benefits, from volunteer days to wellness programs and mental health support.

In our inclusive workplace, you're encouraged to bring your whole self to work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. As a growing business, we support your professional and personal development, offering opportunities to learn and grow alongside talented colleagues.
