Leading Claims Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a diligent and results-driven professional to oversee a portfolio of claims and manage team workflow.
This role requires strong leadership qualities, experience in personal injury claims management, and a track record of achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric approach, ability to coach and work through change management, and a focus on driving continuous improvement.
- Oversee a portfolio of claims across a team of claims specialists
- Manage team workflow to ensure performance and customer benchmark

- Ensure claims teams achieve performance and KPI targets
The Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of claims specialists, overseeing a portfolio of claims, and managing team workflow to ensure excellent outcomes for our customers. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of expertise, strong leadership skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities- Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of claims across a team of claims specialists, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Team Leadership: Manage team workflow to ensure performance and customer benchmark, provide feedback and coaching to team members, and encourage knowledge sharing and ideas to drive continuous improvement.
- Claims Resolution: Ensure claims teams achieve performance and KPI targets, drive excellent outcomes for our customers, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated elements of people management and leadership qualities
- Strong experience in personal injury claims management
- A track record of achieving business objectives
- Team building skills, ability to coach and work through change management
