About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Subscription Campaign Manager to become a vital part of our team. This role will focus on executing subscription marketing strategies aimed at both acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones across Bauer Media. Additionally, you will oversee the digital marketing strategy for our commerce platform, ensuring alignment across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the broader subscription team and other departments to enhance subscription sales.
  • Partner with external stakeholders and commercial partners to establish strategic collaborations and promotional agreements.
  • Develop and implement initiatives designed to boost membership retention and identify opportunities for cross-brand promotions.
  • Manage and monitor ongoing campaigns focused on both acquisition and retention, coordinating with relevant teams across multiple channels, including print, online, social media, and email marketing.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in marketing with a strong focus on audience engagement and user experience.
  • Proficient in digital marketing techniques, including SEM, SEO, and programmatic advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate past campaign performance and apply insights to future strategies.
  • A solid understanding of direct marketing, CRM, and membership strategies as essential components of campaign execution.
