Job Title

The Company is seeking a highly skilled SMSF Manager to join their team. As a senior professional in the SMSF space, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and manage all aspects of SMSF funds.

This is a manager level position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work unsupervised. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of staff members and overseeing their work.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SMSF administration and compliance, as well as experience working with tax and business services. They will also have excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SMSF Administration: Manage a portfolio of SMSF funds and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Tax and Business Services: Work on tax and business services projects across companies and develop expertise in this area.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and meet their expectations.
  • Team Management: Oversee the work produced by trained and experienced staff members.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years' experience in SMSF accounting in Australia dealing with a large number of clients and advanced complexity of funds.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong professional presentation towards clients and colleagues.
