Senior Manager - SMSF Administration and Compliance

The role involves overseeing the administration and compliance of a portfolio of Self-Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF) funds. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex SMSF funds, understanding the new super changes/rules, and providing exceptional client service.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Administration and compliance of SMSF funds
  • Understanding of the new super changes/rules
  • Opportunities to work on tax and business services across companies
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Team player
  • Experience managing and working closely with clients and meeting their expectations
  • Overseeing work produced by trained and experienced staff members

Requirements:

  • 8+ years' experience in SMSF accounting in Australia dealing with a large number of clients and advanced complexity of funds
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong professional presentation towards clients and colleagues, able to build and maintain client relationships

What's On Offer:

  • Flex time for core hours (10am – 3pm)
  • Balance of hours either in office or working from home
  • Standard week is 36.5 hours (4pm finish Friday)
