We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Digital Transformation Coach. This role will play a critical part in driving our digital transformation efforts, enabling us to achieve our strategic goals and deliver outstanding services to our students, researchers, academics, and professional staff.
Job Description
The Digital Transformation Coach will work closely with our Information Technology Services (ITS) team to develop and implement strategies that drive digital innovation and excellence across the university. Key responsibilities include:
- Fostering a culture of digital transformation, encouraging experimentation and innovation, and promoting evidence-based decision making.
- Developing and implementing digital solutions that meet the needs of our diverse stakeholders, including students, researchers, academics, and professional staff.
- Collaborating with ITS teams to design, develop, and deploy digital products and services that are user-centred, efficient, and effective.
- Leading digital transformation initiatives, including change management, communication, and training programs.
- Providing coaching and mentoring to ITS teams to build their digital skills and capabilities.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a digital transformation role, preferably in higher education or a similar sector.
- Strong knowledge of digital technologies, including cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- A proven track record of delivering digital transformation projects and achieving results.
