Transformative Digital Experience Designer

We're seeking a seasoned UX/UI designer to join our team and shape the future of fitness technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in creating intuitive, engaging, and scalable experiences for mobile and web platforms.

The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. They will be proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, and have experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate workflows in ideation, prototyping, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design seamless digital experiences that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and global stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-quality user experiences.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Develop and maintain Hapana's design language, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all products.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into our workflow.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a UX/UI designer with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate workflows.
  • Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills within agile product teams.
