Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled professional to design and deliver engaging online learning experiences that support staff development across various areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality digital learning content that supports education and training initiatives.
  • Transform complex healthcare information into interactive, accessible eLearning modules using industry-standard tools.
  • Implement and maintain eLearning solutions within a Learning Management System.
  • Align with strategic education initiatives and stay up-to-date with instructional design trends and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Digital Media, Health Education, or willingness to pursue further study.
  • Experience designing and developing digital learning content using instructional design models and authoring tools.
  • Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts to create effective eLearning resources.
  • Strong project management skills to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
