As a Service Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering innovative experiences and enhanced outcomes for customers across diverse digital solutions.

The Role:

This government department seeks multiple Service Designers to lead and support multi-disciplinary teams in developing strategic outcomes for their digital services.

Service Designers will be responsible for distilling user research insights, synthesizing information from research, conducting analysis, managing data flows, and preparing well-informed written advice based on an understanding of the strategic environment and policy priorities.

About You:

Strong background in strategic design and analysis

Advanced consultation and engagement skills to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, develop an understanding of their perspectives, and support their journey towards successful digital transformation.

Ability to prepare well-informed written advice and documentation based on an understanding of the strategic environment, stakeholder and user needs, and organisational priorities.

A user-centered and agile approach to working within teams and helping embed this across the organisation.

The Offer:

Flexible work arrangement

Daily rate: $900 - $1000 per day

Initial contract followed by two 6-month extensions
