Digital Transformation Design Expert

A three-month contract opportunity for a UI / UX Designer to help carry out a digital transformation.
The company is transitioning into becoming product-led and needs a UI/UX Designer to oversee a full rebranding, elevating main product features and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team to define design requirements, iterate solutions, and quickly wireframe/prototype design enhancements in Figma.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define design requirements.
- Translate ideas into sketches, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using historical designs & guidelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to discuss design thinking.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience working as a UI / UX Designer or similar.
- Experience solving complex design problems.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
- Natural curiosity and confidence to ask questions, adding real value through outside-the-box thinking.
- Ability to jump between varying priorities and work autonomously.
- Expertise with standard product design tools, specifically Figma/Sketch.
- Strong portfolio showing the breadth of digital design capabilities.
