About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team at ClearCompany. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing key change management activities throughout a pivotal project, from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop actionable and targeted change management plans, encompassing stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and training plans.
  • Clarify and articulate the change across people, processes, and systems, taking into consideration organizational culture, change readiness, and leadership requirements to embed the change effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with enabling partners (Learning and Development, Health and Safety, and Capability) to deliver project outcomes.
  • Provide transparent, clear, concise, timely, and relevant communication to key stakeholder groups throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement communication plans for stakeholders, including drafting of communication emails and articles for Sharepoint.
  • Coach and mentor sponsors, senior leaders, and stakeholders to uplift change capability and drive change initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships and cross-business collaboration to support effective business change and transition.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Change Management Specialist who possesses:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey messages to diverse stakeholder groups.
  • A strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • The proven ability to plan and conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and change readiness assessments, as well as manage related registers.
  • Excellent planning, facilitation, and coordination skills in relation to change planning and stakeholder and impact assessments.
  • A strong capacity to influence and build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels to drive enterprise-wide change.
  • The ability to coach and mentor staff, enhancing their change leadership skills and capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of Sharepoint, with the capability to develop and manage sites and pages.
Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking a candidate with:

  • Five + years change management experience.
  • Qualifications in Change Management, such as PROSCI.
  • Experience in implementing change and communications strategies within an established and geographically dispersed organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing clear, concise, and engaging communication materials, including emails, web content (Sharepoint), and presentations.
  • Experience working within a project environment and the ability to work with ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management to resolve complex issues with a strategic mindset.
  • Demonstrated experience in influencing others to drive change and uplift change capability, including continuous improvement.
