Job Summary:

Osborne Richardson is seeking a highly experienced Change Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving organizational transformation and ensuring seamless communication across all levels.

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in change management, strategic communications, and stakeholder engagement. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing effective change management strategies, communicating key messages to various stakeholders, and facilitating workshops to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on change management and communications issues, including strategy development and implementation.
  • Develop and manage communication plans to ensure effective stakeholder engagement and change management outcomes.
  • Design and facilitate workshops to support organizational change initiatives.
  • Ensure governance frameworks are maintained and adhered to in order to implement communication and change management activities.
  • Train and mentor colleagues to build change management capabilities and promote best practices.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in change management and communications delivery in large, complex organizations.
  • Extensive experience in delivering changes to way of working and associated technologies to a large user base.
  • Proven stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to provide high-level advice to management and drive effective departmental outcomes.
  • Strong communication and change management skills, with the ability to manage, develop, and implement resources and tools to enhance the department's reputation.
  • Facilitation skills, with the ability to use a range of in-person and virtual techniques to support effective workshop delivery and maximize project outcomes.
