About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to join our team at the Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia. As a key member of our Digital & Technology team, you will play a critical role in planning, promoting, and leading changes that will improve our people's experience and deliver efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management plans that are relevant for the project or initiative.
  • Conduct impact analysis and assess change readiness to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Work with project teams to design, develop, deliver, and manage key change activities with stakeholders.
  • Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics to minimize potential disruptions.
  • Engage and coach key stakeholders at all levels, promoting a change management mindset and maturity.
  • Undertake change impact analysis to ensure effective communication and training.
  • Help define, lead, and coordinate training activities required to support the change.
Requirements
  • Formal qualifications in Business, Information Technology, or Change Management (or a closely related field).
  • Extensive understanding of how people go through change and the change experience.
  • Experience in managing transformational change in a diverse organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to clearly articulate change communication to a wide and diverse audience.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence others.
  • Collaborative approach with a team player mindset.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
