Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the strategy for the loyalty consumer partnerships portfolio. Manage client relationships and partnership agreements, collaborating with various internal teams. Align on strategic objectives, budget targets, and performance reporting, while exploring new opportunities with existing partners. Ensure compliance with Risk & Governance processes in managing partnerships. Achieve optimal commercial outcomes with both new and existing partners in line with the loyalty program strategy. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the execution of strategic partner initiatives. Identify and pursue new growth opportunities within the current partnership landscape. Negotiate and finalize new customer value propositions in collaboration with partners and internal teams. Oversee the approval processes for marketing and brand communications related to loyalty initiatives. Uphold the guiding principles for partnership development and management.
