Our organization is seeking skilled professionals to fill key positions within the structural integrity team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct on-site structural assessments of assets to evaluate their condition.
  • Develop remediation scopes for improving structural integrity.
  • Provide strategic advice on managing the structural integrity of critical port infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with the existing engineering team to address knowledge gaps and ensure efficient operation.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers within the team.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian safety regulations and operational requirements.
  • Engage with stakeholders to align engineering solutions with long-term asset management objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil & Structural Engineering (B.Eng.).
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in structural engineering, particularly in marine and port infrastructure.
  • Extensive experience in asset management, bulk material handling, and civil construction.
  • Strong understanding of risk management and remediation strategies.
  • Prior experience working on-site in an operational environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess and manage the structural integrity of large-scale industrial assets.
  • FIFO flexibility within Queensland or NSW (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior engineers.
