About Our Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Coastal Engineer to join our team in the Ports & Maritime division.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering expert coastal and maritime engineering services to government, port authorities, and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and managing metocean studies to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Designing marinas and small craft facilities with consideration for environmental impact.
  • Planning and designing coastal and maritime infrastructure for ports, resources, water infrastructure, aquaculture, and renewable energy sectors.
  • Leading project delivery teams to ensure adherence to HSE and QA policies.
  • Preparing proposals, fee estimates, and programs for consulting projects.
  • Liaising with clients for service delivery, networking, and business development.
  • Providing technical leadership, mentoring, and supervision for junior engineers.
Requirements:
  • Degree-qualified in Civil, Structural, or Maritime Engineering (or similar).
  • Minimum 6+ years' commercial experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge and experience in asset management, maritime structures, and port engineering.
  • Experience delivering projects from start to finish; experience on Western Australian projects desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong report-writing abilities.
