Marketing Growth Specialist Opportunity

Take charge of our e-commerce and marketing strategy as a Marketing Growth Specialist.

We are a niche online store selling bespoke military ties, handcrafted in the UK. Our business is looking for someone to drive growth and expand our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage our Shopify store, oversee orders, customer service, and product listings.
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns through email, social media, and direct outreach.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email.
  • Engage with military groups, associations, and veterans to build relationships and partnerships.
  • Work independently with support for new tie designs and production.
Requirements:
  • Based in Sydney, with flexibility to meet in person and receive stock.
  • Student or recent graduate in business, marketing, or communications with strong foundation skills.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and initiative skills.
  • Interest in e-commerce, branding, or military heritage is a plus.
