Job Description

As a key member of our People and Culture (P&C) team, you will play a vital role in delivering people-focused strategies and support to our Sales and Go to Market divisions in the APAC region.

Your primary responsibilities include acting as an expert and primary point of contact for all matters related to the employee experience within your client group. You will collaborate with P&C colleagues, key stakeholders, and managers to provide P&C services and initiatives that align with the evolving needs and priorities of our growing teams.

  • You will partner closely with managers on people-related strategies and offer thought-leadership in areas such as career development, employee engagement, succession planning, compensation, performance management, and talent reviews.

You will work alongside two other People Business Partners and report to the Head of People & Culture, APAC.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Solid experience as a People Business Partner, ideally within the software technology industry.
  • Knowledge of New Zealand and Australia legal requirements, as well as the ability to operate in a global ecosystem.
  • Prior expertise in change management, organisational development, and managerial coaching.
