We are seeking a seasoned project delivery expert to drive our transition to renewable energy systems and decarbonisation.

About the Role

As Project Delivery Manager, you will be accountable for ensuring all projects are delivered in accordance with our platform and each project delivers its strategic objectives.

  • Manage the project team to achieve financial, operational and strategic Business Plan outcomes
  • Form part of the leadership team, guiding the strategic direction of the business unit
  • Accountable for compliance to the project delivery platform, for all projects within the portfolio
  • Manage the preparation and submission of proposals, in consultation with all relevant teams, and aligned to our strategic objectives
  • Accountable for the performance of all projects within the portfolio
  • Ensure the accuracy of cost and schedule performance indicators to monitor performance of a portfolio, and is accountable for the implementation of measures to positively influence and control project performance
  • Accountable for the collation and mitigation of project risks at a portfolio level
  • Accountable for the identification and capture of lessons learnt at a portfolio level, including the sharing of key learnings with other teams

You will have:

  • A project management background with a minimum of 10 years' experience, with more than 5 years in engineering consulting
  • Certificate IV in Project Management Practice
  • Commercial experience, including engineering services contracts
  • Proven ability to successfully manage projects of significant value
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight timeframes
  • Able to build strong relationships (internal and external)
  • Highly developed communication, team and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time and task management skills
  • Ability to build and develop a team
