We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team at HealthcareLink. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the leadership of our team and the ongoing development and growth of our service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of high-performing Allied Health clinicians, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement programs to improve the clinical skills of the team, including mentoring and leadership.
  • Provide clinical supervision to a team of occupational therapists, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver effective services.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop holistic therapy plans and provide direct community, school-based, and home-based intervention and support programs.
  • Develop and implement clinical resources and tools to support the team's work.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and AHPRA registration.
  • Relevant clinical and managerial experience, with a minimum of 2 years in Occupational Therapy.
  • Previous experience in mentoring, supporting, and supervising a team, preferably in a billable environment.
  • Must live and have eligibility to work in Australia.
  • Access to your own car and valid, non-restricted drivers' license.
  • Current Police Check, Working with Children Check, and DWES Check.
