    Roles & Responsibilities:

    Our client is passionate about supporting people with disabilities to live great lives. 

    They are seeking motivated Occupational Therapists to be part of their growing team of high performing Allied Health clinicians to ensure excellence in client care, evidence-based practice and service improvement. You will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to support the therapy needs of NDIS participants. 

    As an Occupational Therapist you will be:

    • Manage a varied caseload and provide assessment and intervention in life skills, social and sensory. Provide high-level Occupational Therapy services to participants of the NDIS that are goal oriented and person-centered. 
    • Provide mentoring and leadership to a team of Occupational Therapists.
    • Provide clinical supervision to a team of AHA and occupational therapists (optional).

    Essential Criteria:

    • Relevant tertiary qualifications and AHPRA registration.
    • Relevant clinical and managerial experience.
    • Previous experience in mentoring, supporting and supervising a team, preferably in a billable environment.
    • Must live and have eligibility to work in Australia.
    • You are driven, passionate and can work autonomously and as part of a team.
    • You are adaptable and flexible, and comfortable working in a high growth business. 
    • Access to your own car and valid, non-restricted drivers’ license.
    • Current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
