About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at HealthcareLink. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload and provide comprehensive assessment and intervention services in life skills, social, and sensory areas.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, goal-oriented, and person-centered Occupational Therapy services to NDIS participants.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to a team of Occupational Therapists, promoting excellence in clinical practice and service improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practice guidelines and protocols.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and AHPRA registration.
  • Significant clinical and managerial experience in Occupational Therapy, preferably in a billable environment.
  • Proven track record of mentoring, supporting, and supervising teams.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, high-growth business environment.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid, non-restricted driver's license.
  • Current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
