Job Title: Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at HealthcareLink. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting people with disabilities to live great lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a varied caseload and provide assessment and intervention in life skills, social and sensory.
  • Provide high-level Occupational Therapy services to NDIS participants that are goal-oriented and person-centered.
  • Provide mentoring and leadership to a team of Occupational Therapists.
  • Provide clinical supervision to a team of Allied Health Assistants and Occupational Therapists (optional).

Essential Criteria:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and AHPRA registration.
  • Relevant clinical and managerial experience.
  • Previous experience in mentoring, supporting and supervising a team, preferably in a billable environment.
  • Must live and have eligibility to work in Australia.
  • Driven, passionate and able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Adaptable and flexible, and comfortable working in a high growth business.
  • Access to your own car and valid, non-restricted drivers' license.
  • Current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
