Job Title: Clinical Supervisor Occupational Therapist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team at HealthcareLink. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of high-performing Allied Health clinicians, providing clinical supervision, and mentoring and leadership to a team of Occupational Therapists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of high-performing Allied Health clinicians.
  • Provide clinical supervision to a team of occupational therapists.
  • Mentor and lead a team of occupational therapists.
  • Develop programs to improve clinical skills of the team.
  • Provide in-house training.
  • Develop holistic therapy plans within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Work 1:1 and in group contexts with children, teenagers, and adults.
  • Develop clinical resources and tools.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and AHPRA registration.
  • Relevant clinical and managerial experience.
  • 2 years experience in Occupational Therapy (Preferred).
  • Previous experience in mentoring, supporting and supervising a team, preferably in a billable environment.
  • Must live and have eligibility to work in Australia.
  • Driven, passionate, and able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Adaptable and flexible, comfortable working in a high growth business.
  • Access to own car and valid, non-restricted drivers' license.
  • Current Police Check, Working with Children Check and DWES Check.
