Job Title: Paediatrics/Adults Occupational Therapist Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team at HealthcareLink. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of high-performing Allied Health clinicians, providing clinical supervision, and mentoring and leadership to a team of Occupational Therapists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Occupational Therapists and provide clinical supervision and mentoring.
  • Develop and implement programs to improve clinical skills and provide in-house training.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop holistic therapy plans and provide direct community, school-based, and home-based intervention and support programs.
  • Provide high-level Occupational Therapy services to participants of the NDIS, focusing on goal-oriented and person-centered approaches.
  • Develop and maintain clinical resources and tools, and implement them across the team.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and AHPRA registration.
  • Relevant clinical and managerial experience, preferably in a billable environment.
  • 2 years of experience in Occupational Therapy, with a preference for previous experience in mentoring, supporting, and supervising a team.
  • Must live and have eligibility to work in Australia.
  • Access to a valid, non-restricted driver's license and a current Police Check, Working with Children Check, and DWES Check.
