Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing ingredients and mixing dough according to strict recipe guidelines
  • Operating commercial bakery equipment to produce a variety of baked goods
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to HACCP principles and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
  • Recording batch details and accurately completing all production paperwork
Requirements
  • Manufacturing experience in a commercial bakery environment
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
  • Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Working Conditions
