Your Role

You will be responsible for making highest quality sourdough bread products from daily production orders in accordance with recipes.

A minimum of one year's experience working with dough techniques - mixing, moulding, and oven work is highly desirable.

Alternatively, you may be an Apprentice Baker or Bakers Assistant wanting to complete a qualification or seeking on-the-job mentoring and training.
