Are you a motivated and self-driven professional seeking to leverage your expertise in Workplace Health and Safety (WHS)?

This role enables you to work closely with clients across a diverse range of industries, implementing and understanding WHS priorities that promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of people at work Australia-wide.

You will provide training and support as an experienced WHS Manager and service a growing client database. We are committed to developing your consultancy skills to provide autonomy, independence, and flexibility in your work structure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting onsite visits to assess risk and provide recommendations
  • Reviewing and analysing WHS management systems
  • Stakeholder interviews, investigations, and assessments including auditing, risk assessments, and incident investigations
  • Collaborating with other professionals on key client projects to reduce injury and risk through targeted programs and interventions
  • Delivering written communication, including reporting writing, to enable effective monitoring and evaluation
  • Training delivery to workers, managers, and executives

Requirements:

  • Certificate 4 or Diploma in WHS
  • Previous experience in WHS or Injury Management roles
  • Ability to work independently and provide quality outcomes for our clients
  • Driver's licence and access to a vehicle
