Job Title: Facilities Team Leader

Raging Waters Sydney - a waterpark like no other - is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic team member to join our facilities team as a Facilities Team Leader. As a key player in maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and guest experience, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of thousands of visitors each year.

About the Role:
  • Support and guide seasonal team members across the Facilities department, including Slide Inspection, Water Quality, Tubes, and General Maintenance.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.
  • Assign daily tasks and follow up on completion to ensure work is carried out to standard and on schedule.
  • Act as the first point of contact for team support, mentoring, and coaching, especially for new or seasonal staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous hands-on experience in maintenance, operations, or technical environments.
  • Trade qualifications are not essential but desirable.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a seasonal team environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to give clear direction.
  • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
