Facilities Operations Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our facilities, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning properly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of maintenance technicians in performing routine maintenance tasks
- Develop and implement daily maintenance plans to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal facility performance
- Coordinate with procurement teams to source necessary materials and supplies
- Manage workloads and allocate resources to meet operational demands
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
- Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including electrical and engineering departments
- Proven experience as a supervisor or manager in a large industrial or processing facility
- Relevant trade or technical qualification (e.g. Fitter, Boilermaker, or Engineering background)
- Strong knowledge of fixed plant equipment and systems
- Excellent computer skills and ability to use enterprise software systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A strong focus on safety and ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Leadership and supervisory experience
- Technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
