The Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd Learning team is seeking a skilled Learning Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Learning Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering impactful training programs to educate our On Road Partners on foundational skills such as safety, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training content for facilitated and e-learning programs that cater to diverse learning styles and backgrounds.
  • Facilitate training sessions and be comfortable with in-person and virtual facilitation.
  • Continuously monitor and update training content to ensure it reflects the latest policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
  • Proactively leverage data and stakeholder feedback to improve the effectiveness of learning solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, sharing knowledge and best practices across the AU Learning and On the Road teams.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders to identify and address barriers to successful learning transfer.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience applying adult learning principles and facilitating training programs.
  • Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS).
  • Skilled in data analysis and visualization to derive meaningful insights.
  • 1+ year of learning system management experience, or 2+ years of experience at Amazon.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
