We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the learning journey of our employees **on a 4-month contract.**

**The role**:
As the Learning and Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and coordinating a wide range of learning and development programs that align with our organizational goals. You will work closely with various departments to assess training needs, develop engaging content, and facilitate learning opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with department heads to conduct needs assessments and identify learning objectives.
- Design and develop innovative training programs, both in-person and virtual, to address identified needs.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and other learning events.
- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods to ensure effective learning experiences.
- Evaluate the success of training programs through assessments, feedback, and key performance indicators.
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) to track and report on employee progress and completion.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve our programs.

Provide guidance and support to employees seeking professional development opportunities.

**Skills and Experience:
- Experience in working with a Learning Management System
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated creativity in developing engaging and interactive learning content.
