About the Role

Corrs Chambers Westgarth is seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Coordinator to join our national team of learning specialists. As a key member of our Learning Helpdesk, you will play a critical role in supporting the administration and coordination of Learning and Development initiatives and activities across the firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate learning materials, manage registrations and attendance, arrange room bookings and catering, create evaluations, and process training recordings.
  • Support annual professional development programs, new employee orientation, and other ad hoc events.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal learning queries.
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team and other stakeholders to manage and administer internal training requirements using the UniversitySite Learning Management System.
  • Support and implement Learning and Development systems and processes, including invoicing, reporting, maintenance of the Learning and Development intranet page, and team resources.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Learning and Development team and actively contribute to continuous process improvement.

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset with high levels of initiative.
  • Exceptional client service skills – responsive, clear communication, and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Skilful with technology/applications/systems, and experience working with (or a desire to learn) the LMS.
