Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to partner with senior leaders and drive strategic workforce initiatives across our organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in people management, culture, and organisational change to create a high-performing workforce.

As Senior People Partner, you will work closely with business leaders to design and deliver bespoke workforce solutions that support the organisation's strategic objectives. You will provide expert guidance on people-related matters, coach leaders on complex employee issues, and lead projects to promote inclusive and innovative workforce practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored people advice to senior leaders and managers to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive workforce strategies that align with organisational priorities.
  • Coach leaders on effective people management practices, including talent development, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead projects to improve workforce engagement, inclusion, and diversity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver best-practice workforce solutions.
  • Support and develop direct reports to ensure their success in their roles.
Requirements
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end HR and workforce solutions in a large or complex organisation.
  • Experience supporting organisational change, including planning and implementing workforce transitions and restructures.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve issues.
  • Track record of leading people-related projects from design to evaluation.
  • Knowledge of contemporary people, culture, and workforce strategies.
  • Confidence in coaching and supporting managers through sensitive and complex people matters.
