Job Overview

As a strategic advisor, you will play a key role in shaping the organisation's workforce strategy.

You will work closely with senior leaders and people managers to provide expert guidance on workforce, culture, and people management matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored advice to senior leaders and people managers on strategic workforce initiatives.
  • Coach leaders on complex employee matters and build their leadership capability.
  • Lead and deliver complex workforce projects that support organisational priorities.
  • Develop trusted relationships with internal teams to design and deliver best-practice workforce solutions.

You will promote and embed inclusive and innovative workforce practices, and support direct reports in their development and performance.

Requirements for Success
  • Proven experience in delivering end-to-end HR and workforce solutions in a large or complex organisation.
  • Experience supporting organisational change, including planning and implementing workforce transitions and restructures.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve issues.
  • A track record of successfully leading people-related projects from design to evaluation.
