We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to join our Sydney team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage clinical teams, including training and coaching on best practice and clinical principles.
  • Conduct physical assessments of residents and ensure quality of clinical care provided meets and exceeds best practice standards.
  • Assist with preparation and leadership for site audits and accreditations.
  • Oversee management of AN-ACC assessments and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Identify and manage clinical risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Manage resident needs and complex issues as required, providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Aged Care as a Clinical Care Manager, knowledge of accreditation procedures and standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and extensive leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and engage teams.
  • Proven ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement new systems and processes.
  • AHPRA registration and NDIS clearance, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
