Key Responsibilities
SPECIALISE IN A CLINICAL AREA TO ENHANCE CARE QUALITY AND RESIDENT WELLBEING
DELIVER EXPERT ASSESSMENTS AND CARE PLANS
MENTOR REGISTERED NURSES AND WORK WITH CARE TEAM MANAGERS TO ENHANCE STANDARDS OF CARE
COLLABORATE WITH THE MULTI-DISCIPLINARY TEAM TO CHAMPION CONTINUOUS QUALITY IMPROVEMENT
LEAD CLINICAL RESPONSE TO UNPLANNED INCIDENTS
CHAMPION CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT AND QUALITY CARE
FOLLOW AND RESPOND TO THE ASSESSMENT REFERRAL PROCESS IN A TIMELY MANNER
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A registered nurse with 5+ years' experience (3+ in aged care)
A postgraduate qualification in a relevant clinical specialty
Proven leadership and mentoring skills
A deep understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and Charter of Aged Care Rights
