Job Description:

Seeking an experienced customer service professional to lead our clinic and support our practitioners. This is a full-time position at our Sydney-based clinic.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily running of our clinic, managing our reception staff, and ensuring that our patients feel cared for.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage face-to-face, phone, and online client interactions
  • Manage the reception and waiting room
  • Manage client billings and transactions
  • Provide administrative support to our practitioners
  • Manage the daily office tasks
  • Lead, train, and manage casual and permanent reception staff
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service
  • Medical reception experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Desire to continuously improve
  • Efficient use of Microsoft Office products and Electronic Health Records (EHR) software
  • Genie Solutions PMS experience
  • Certificate IV in practice/business/medical administration
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Australian citizen or permanent resident
