The Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Care Manager to join our leadership team at Blacktown Facility. In this vital role, you will support the Assistant Facility Manager, lead our clinical team, and ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality care that meets the diverse needs of our residents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring clinical staff to ensure best-practice care
  • Supporting culturally inclusive, person-centred care across the home
  • Implementing and maintaining compliance with AN-ACC and Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Promoting a positive workplace culture with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Working collaboratively with families, allied health, and external providers

About You

You are a clinically confident with excellent leadership skills who brings a resident-first approach to aged care.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in aged care, ideally in a senior RN or Clinical Manager role
  • Strong understanding of AN-ACC funding model and Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Exceptional communication and team leadership skills
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and culturally safe care
  • A professional, flexible and collaborative approach
