- Relationship Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in relationship management and client service, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Exposure to investment/funds management and fund operations, with a strong understanding of custodian and administration/registry services.
- Financial Markets Knowledge: Proven understanding of the financial markets, with a sound knowledge of the monthly, quarterly, and yearly data requirements for funds.
- Compliance Experience: Proven track record in managing compliance to set criteria, with a strong understanding of tax and accounting principles concerning funds.
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
