Job Title: Strategic Delivery Partner

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Delivery Partner. This role will involve working closely with senior leaders to deliver high-profile projects, shaping business initiatives and influencing change at every level.

The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with executives to deliver strategic initiatives across the business, overseeing governance, reporting, and compliance activities, and supporting cyclical and ad hoc processes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers.

About the Role:

  • Partner with executives to deliver P&C strategic initiatives across the business
  • Oversee governance, reporting, and compliance activities
  • Support cyclical and ad hoc processes, approvals, and decision-making activities
  • Drive forward the Colleague Strategy and ensure alignment with bank-wide priorities
  • Proactively manage key stakeholder relationships, balancing competing demands and expectations

Requirements:

  • Track record in HR, business delivery, or similar senior-support environments
  • Proven skills in stakeholder management, influencing and engaging at senior levels
  • Strong governance, risk, and compliance awareness
  • Excellent planning, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence to leverage modern tools and technology
