Job Overview

The Partner Delivery Manager is a critical role within our partner ecosystem, responsible for overseeing the enablement strategies of partners. This includes collaborating with internal teams to ensure partners have access to necessary resources and support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Enablement Strategy: Manage and communicate the partner's enablement strategy to meet market demands, ensuring learning plans are in place.
  • Certification and Training: Ensure partner resources obtain and maintain the necessary certification to access our systems.
  • Program Health Reviews: Lead data-driven program health reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to build trusted relationships with partners.
Project Governance and Delivery
  • Project Oversight: Represent us on partner-delivered projects; participate in project Steering Committee presentations and escalate issues as needed.
  • Weekly Project Check-Ins: Validate key questions to ensure projects remain on track and accountable results are achieved.
  • Go Live Readiness: Ensure partner adherence to go-live readiness reviews to drive quality go-live deliveries.
  • Product Support: Facilitate engagement into our Partner Experience Center to ensure partners receive support when product or configuration issues arise.
  • Scope/Budget Management: Collaborate with internal teams to manage hours budget in our PSA system; support and approve change requests; closely manage modules delivered by Ready partners to budget.
  • Customer References: Drive engagement of OSAT survey responses to achieve high reference-ability on partner projects.
Forecasting and Quality Assurance
  • Go Live Forecasting: Collaborate with partners to ensure accurate go-live forecasting to avoid customer billing pushes and poor customer satisfaction.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Relationship Building: Build and foster trusted relationships with partners and stakeholders outside of our global partner organization.
  • Communication: Facilitate internal and external status meetings to discuss metrics, performance, and opportunities.
  • Attention to Detail: Gather and summarize detailed information from all involved parties to make accurate business decisions.
  • Data Analysis: Ensure ongoing and accurate data within the partner portfolio, including forecast accuracy, push percentage, CSAT, and Time to Live.
  • Program Execution: Manage to and execute on partner programs under varying delivery methodologies.
  • Industry Knowledge: Identify enablement opportunities for ongoing partner quality and growth to ensure continuous improvement across the partner portfolio.
  • Problem-Solving: Manage escalations to identify problems, paths to solution, and remediation plans to prevent further escalation.
  • Improvement Opportunities: Identify opportunities to improve and find efficiencies to support evolving business needs.
