About the Role

This strategic position involves collaborating closely with leaders, program and project managers to drive business direction. You will shape the delivery roadmap and priorities while fostering continuous improvement and a strong culture of agility, simplicity, and reliability.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience leading portfolios of programs, preferably within the IT/telecommunications sector. They will be able to operate effectively in various environments and respond appropriately to unexpected circumstances.

They will also have demonstrated success in directly managing large, complex programs and a proven track record in successfully leading delivery teams in matrix reporting environments.

  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent in business, IT, engineering, or other related fields.
  • Extensive experience leading portfolios of programs, preferably within the IT/telecommunications sector.
  • Years as a program manager and/or project manager delivering large programs and projects.
  • Demonstrated success in directly managing large, complex programs.
  • Proven track record in successfully leading delivery teams in matrix reporting environments.
Your Skills
  • Commercial and business awareness with a focus on delivering to internal or external customers.
  • Ability to manage compliance and conformance with regulatory, legislative, and contractual obligations.
  • Ability to forge collaborative relationships both within and outside the team and influence desired outcomes.

As a strategic portfolio partner, you will ensure robust delivery execution across assigned networks division portfolios, acting as a trusted business partner and providing reliable portfolio delivery advice.
