Job Opportunity

We are seeking experienced professionals to manage leasing, licensing and property related tasks for our client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of leasing agreements, licenses, easements and title changes, including shared use agreements.
  • Draft and approve clear and concise briefs for senior executives.
  • Review sites register data to identify expired or approaching expiry agreements, ensuring timely renewals and terminations.
  • Manage electricity easement requests, including those for infrastructure projects.
  • Respond to stakeholder enquiries and provide information on matters, drafting correspondence and implementing actions as required.
  • Understand and comply with procurement requirements, manage consultant engagements and ensure task lists are accurate.
  • Ensure up-to-date sites register data for accounting purposes and verify accuracy as needed.

Requirements:

  • Ability to read and understand leases, licenses, easements and dealings registered on title.
  • Investigate and understand complex property issues, recommending solutions and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of NSW Government policies and directions relating to real estate transactions and government asset management.
  • Capable of using IT systems to work independently and possess intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and other programs.
  • Compliance with Public Health Orders regarding vaccination.
