Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leasing professional to provide comprehensive support for commercial leasing transactions, general legal administration, and related tasks.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lease Administration
    • Review, maintain, and coordinate commercial lease agreements, renewals, amendments, and extensions.
    • Track critical lease dates including renewals, rent reviews, and termination notices.
    • Maintain comprehensive lease databases and filing systems.
  • Legal Support
    • Conduct research and prepare court filings and legal pleadings as required.
    • Assist with lease dispute resolution.
  • General Administration
    • Manage calendaring and deadline tracking for lease-related matters.
    • Handle general office administration and support tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Australian Citizen or eligible to work in Australia.
  • Certificate in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in commercial leasing across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
