We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Sydney Property team focusing on commercial, industrial, and retail leasing.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years' experience in property law, ideally from a mid or top-tier firm, and strong technical skills in drafting and negotiating complex lease documents.

They will be responsible for advising landlords across retail, commercial and industrial sectors, building rapport with clients and delivering pragmatic legal advice, and mentoring junior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting and negotiating leases;
  • Advising on compliance and leasing strategy;
  • Managing end-to-end transactions;
  • Mentoring junior lawyers;
  • Contributing to business development initiatives;
