The successful candidate will oversee the leasing process, manage a team and drive occupancy levels at our new site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the leasing team to achieve monthly leasing targets while motivating staff to exceed goals.
  • Manage the leasing process from initial contact to lease signing.
  • Deliver an exceptional resident experience by acting as a brand ambassador and providing customer-centric service.
  • Oversee lease administration, reporting, and compliance with industry systems such as Yardi.
  • Support marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and implement creative strategies to optimise pricing and incentives.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to make data-driven decisions.
About You:
  • Proven experience in residential leasing, property management, or Build-to-Rent (BTR).
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Confident using property management systems, particularly Yardi.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
