Senior Leasing Professional

This is a senior leadership role that requires an experienced professional to oversee the leasing process of high-profile properties in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.
- Lead a junior leasing consultant and handle rental inquiries via email and phone.
- Conduct open homes, open-for-inspections, routine inspections, prepare lease sign-ups and packs, reference checks, and administration duties.
The ideal candidate will have previous leasing experience in real estate, a current certificate of registration, a reliable car, valid driver's license, proficient knowledge of real estate programs, excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational skills.
