Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team to provide expert support and guidance to individuals with mental illness to achieve sustainable employment outcomes.
  • Develop strategies to promote inclusive opportunities and job readiness, fostering strong relationships with local employers.
  • Mentor and inspire team members to achieve best practice in employment services, promoting continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Collaborate with NDIS and community mental health providers to develop referral pathways and drive positive outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics to inform business decisions and drive growth.

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity allows you to join our Mental Health Specialist division as a senior manager and contribute to the success of our organization.

Requirements:
  • A relevant Certificate III or higher qualification, demonstrating expertise in employment services.
  • Two or more years of experience in leadership roles, with lived experience in employment services highly regarded.
  • Strong business development skills, including local employer relationships and marketing expertise.
  • A current driver's license and access to a vehicle, enabling regular travel to meetings and client sites.
  • Ability to obtain all required clearances, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
