Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to provide expert support and guidance to individuals with mental illness to achieve sustainable employment outcomes.
- Develop strategies to promote inclusive opportunities and job readiness, fostering strong relationships with local employers.
- Mentor and inspire team members to achieve best practice in employment services, promoting continuous improvement and excellence.
- Collaborate with NDIS and community mental health providers to develop referral pathways and drive positive outcomes.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics to inform business decisions and drive growth.
About the Role:
This exciting opportunity allows you to join our Mental Health Specialist division as a senior manager and contribute to the success of our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results, reflecting our values and responding to the strengths and aspirations of each participant.
Requirements:
- A relevant Certificate III or higher qualification, demonstrating expertise in employment services.
- Two or more years of experience in leadership roles, with lived experience in employment services highly regarded.
- Strong business development skills, including local employer relationships and marketing expertise.
- A current driver's license and access to a vehicle, enabling regular travel to meetings and client sites.
- Ability to obtain all required clearances, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
