Employment Specialist Lead

In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of Employment Consultants using the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model. This model is widely regarded as the most effective approach to employment for individuals with mental illness.
About the Position- You will be responsible for delivering person-centred services that reflect our values and respond to the strengths and aspirations of each participant.
- Your leadership skills will oversee daily operations, compliance, and performance to ensure smooth service delivery.
- You will build strong partnerships with employers to create inclusive opportunities and support sustainable employment outcomes.
- You will develop referral pathways through connections with NDIS and community mental health providers.
- You will monitor and report on outcomes, driving continuous improvement.
- You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support participants' holistic needs.
- A relevant Certificate III or higher qualification.
- Two or more years of experience in employment services, with leadership or lived experience valued.
- Strong local employer relationships and business development skills.
- A current driver's licence and own vehicle.
- Ability to obtain required clearances.
